Sticky Seat Squad – Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: July 15, 2025

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the services provided by Sticky Seat Squad (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By scheduling or using our services, you (“you,” “your,” “customer,” or “client”) agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. Services Provided

Sticky Seat Squad offers professional cleaning services for car seats and strollers. We pick up the item(s) from your designated location (typically your front door or porch) and deliver them back cleaned and sanitized by the following morning. Custom pickup and delivery times may be arranged based on availability.

2. Pickup and Delivery

  • Standard pickups occur in the evening and drop-offs are made early the next morning.

  • Clients are responsible for having the item(s) ready at the designated location at the agreed-upon time.

  • If no one is home, we will collect and return the item(s) from/to the front door or porch as agreed.

  • Clients must notify us of any access codes, gated community entry procedures, or other relevant information necessary for a successful pickup/drop-off.

3. Weather Policy

In the case of extreme weather (heavy rain, snow, storms, etc.), Sticky Seat Squad reserves the right to reschedule pickups or drop-offs. We will make reasonable efforts to notify clients of any delays and arrange an alternate time as soon as safely possible.

4. Cleaning Standards

  • All cleaning is performed in accordance with the car seat and stroller manufacturers' guidelines for safety and care.

  • Sticky Seat Squad is not liable for any reinstallation or misuse of car seats following cleaning.

  • Sticky Seat Squad reserves the right to decline cleaning any item that is expired, damaged beyond safe use, or recalled by the manufacturer. Cleaning expired car seats can compromise safety and violate manufacturer standards.

5. Limitations of Liability

  • Sticky Seat Squad is not liable for damage resulting from pre-existing wear and tear, fabric deterioration, manufacturing defects, or improper use.

  • Any damages or issues must be reported within 24 hours of item return.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure that the car seat or stroller is free of personal belongings before pickup.

  • Provide accurate contact and pickup/delivery information.

  • Reinstall cleaned car seats properly and in accordance with local laws and manufacturer instructions.

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup to avoid a fee.

  • Short-notice rescheduling is subject to availability.

8. Payments and Fees

  • Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • Additional fees may apply for custom pickup times, excessive soiling, or missed pickups.

9. Privacy Policy

We collect only the information necessary to fulfill your service request. We do not sell or share your personal information.

10. Changes to Terms

Sticky Seat Squad may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
